What are the advantages of Design-Build over the conventional system of engineer and general contractor?
Everybody is on the same team: We’re all in this together and we all have the same goal –to arrive at a successful project that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations for their project.

Design-Build firms are experts in their specific fields. Only qualified and licensed staff members, with industry-specific formal training and experience, are selected for the team. They have professional experience and understand pricing, sequencing and how projects go together.

Wright Construction is very sensitive to the importance of adhering to a budget and has developed a program to assure projects stay within budget. We look at developing, monitoring, and maintaining the project budget as a team effort, requiring communication and commitment throughout all phases of the project by all team members.

One entity is accountable for everything –not only the completion of a beautiful and functional project, but also the costs and the timeline of completion. Costs and scheduling are addressed from the beginning in the design phase when the same group that designs the project also builds the project. The cost of everything is taken into account early on in the process; all fees and construction costs –everything.

A Design-Build firm is involved from start to finish, which adds an inherent efficiency and allows safeguards to established. The chance for things to fall through the cracks is greatly diminished.
